- Manage the recruitment life cycle for young graduates
- Screen, interview, assess, and recommend candidates based on Eurofins' core values as well as career aspirations and technical capabilities for a wide variety of campus openings
- Develop candidate pools by leveraging various internal and external candidate databases as well as social media sourcing tools
- Partner directly with Hiring Managers to understand their teams' hiring needs and team dynamics.
- Be the search expert for functional areas by understanding functional hiring needs, position specifications, and search requirements.
- Manage candidates through the interview process as smoothly and quickly as possible. Successfully covert candidates.
- Offer recommendations for process improvements to move our team toward a best-in-class recruitment model.
- Occasional support to campus recruiting activities (Presentations, coffee chats, career fairs).
- Capacity to work and thrive in an international virtual team.
- Prior experience in the recruitment space.
- Bias for action, ability to handle complexity and ambiguity, goal and solution-driven
- Eager learner and a team player.
- Good organizational skills, ability to multi-task.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in English and strong communication skills (written and verbal).
- Bachelor's or Master's degree.
- Familiarity with social media would be a plus.
