The Recruitment Business Partner will be primarily responsible for collaborating with HR and the divisional hiring managers to deliver an effective and inclusive recruitment and onboarding process, taking full ownership of the end to end resourcing process, with a key focus on improving the candidate experience and ensuring manager awareness.
Your key accountabilities will involve:
- Hold meetings with hiring managers and business partners to discuss operational and strategic recruitment updates
- Encourage social sharing of opportunities and coach managers to utilise their social media networks
- Partner with employer branding to ensure appropriate visuals, content and strategies to reach the desired diverse target audience
- Adopt and utilise sourcing tools available, promote the Employee Referral program and partner with agencies to source candidates where necessary
- Conduct and facilitate screening and selection process, ensure a positive candidate experience
- Ensure all relevant technology is fully utilised, ensure all information is accurately reflected in Applicant Tracking System
- Be a role model in D&I within TA and the wider HR team and business area - actively seek opportunities to target a more diverse applicant pool, utilising tools and resources available
- Mentor managers on inclusive recruitment practices; utilise strategies to reduce unconscious bias.
Requirements:
- Broad experience in recruitment (min. 5 years) with wide exposure to contact with a client or internal partners
- Excellent communication abilities - proficient English (C1) and Polish
- Knowledge of a job market and its challenges, ability to analyze, understand and showcase market data
- Experience of delivering work under stress and coordinating work of others
- Strong analytical, organizational and problem solving skills, high level of attention to detail
- Experience in using one of Applicant Tracking Systems
