The Search Team Consultant is responsible for the direct sourcing and pre-screening of targeted candidates with the ultimate goal of hiring the best talent for Dell.
- Delivering a first class service to the Business and local Talent Acquisition Advisors.
- Develop candidate talent pipelines through sourcing channels, recruitment campaigns, internet searches, networking groups, social media, database search, and referrals.
- Providing direct sourcing abilities which enable the delivery of any requirement in the EMEA region.
- Maintain accurate and thorough documentation within the company's candidate database.
- Build relationships with business leaders, team members, candidates and professional networks.
- Manage system administration related to hiring process.
- Higher education degree and 4-6 years of proven experience in direct sourcing recruitment / headhunting.
- Highly experienced within recruiting and sourcing for technology companies.
- You will have a passion to deliver an excellent candidate experience at all times.
- You will be enthusiastic, driven and enjoy working in a highly motivated team.
- You will be passionate about recruitment and technology.
- Fluent knowledge of English and Polish languages.
- Knowledge/experience of recruiting/sourcing in the major EMEA countries preferred.
- Experience of recruiting / direct sourcing for clients within an IT Recruitment agency or an Executive Search company would be a considerable advantage.
- Experience in un-assisted coordination of entire recruitment process.
- Knowledge of Taleo.
- Fixed term contract
