What would you be responsible for in this role?

Work with engineering to diagnose and resolve critical escalated issues

Contribute to the design of new features, and new products and also maintain an existing product

Identify, reproduce and document bugs

Mentor and give directions to team members

Write, review, and release KB articles
-
Work directly with Development Team and our Customers, Customer Support Engineers, Sales Engineers

Be able to provide multiple technical solutions and discuss pros and cons of different approaches
Requirements
What is required for this position?

Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills

Problem-solving ability, creativity to "think outside the box"

Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple customer support issues simultaneously

Communicative English, good verbal and written communication skills

Command of C# and .NET Framework

Experience with Microsoft SQL Server

Proficiency in Windows OS including networking, troubleshooting tools and applications
