The company is currently looking for the right candidates for the position of:
- Providing administrative support to our office in Kraków
- Maintenance of the Excel database
- Scheduling appointments
- Providing information to the clients
- Participation/assisting in negotiations
- Preparation of presentations, offers and reports.
- Fluent written and spoken English
- Very well organized and able to work with minimum supervision
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Computer literate: Power Point, Excel, Word
- Real estate experience as an advantage
- Local knowledge of Kraków and Katowice as an advantage
