ITER (www.iter.org) is an international project involving the European Union, Japan, South Korea, China, Russia, and the United States aiming at showing that fusion could be used to generate electrical power, and gaining the necessary data to design and operate the first electricity-producing plant. The development is taking place under the auspices of the United Nations' International Atomic Energy Agency.Cadarache (France) - the construction site of ITER fusion device - currently hosts the world's largest superconducting fusion experiment Tore-Supra at the CEA Cadarache Research Centre, one of the biggest civil nuclear research centers in Europe.

- verifications of the structural strength of the building and cryostat under the envisaged operating and exceptional conditions- perform analysis to verify any proposed modification of the design of building and cryostat- perform the seismic analysis of the building and the cryostat and provide input (response spectra, displacements, accelerations, etc.) for the analysis of the interfacing components- document the performed analysesWymagania
