Job Description

As a MS AX Administrator you'll be responsible for delivering and development of IT support. Your work will benefit company's functioning, management and key business process.

Location Poland, Zachodniopomorskie

Tasks

• Delivering IT support to tailored to the company's needs (troubleshooting, analysis, 24X5 system)
• Communicating with the 1st line support to understand their needs and customise IT infrastructure
• Designing technical solutions to workers requests
• Prioritising users requests in order to manage them in the best possible
• Cooperating with colleagues worldwide
• Some travel activities can be included

• 2-3 years of experience on a similar position
• Good English
• Operational knowledge of MS SQL 2008/2012.
• Familiar with Microsoft solutions (Active Directory, standard windows servers)
• Familiar with Hyper-V or VMware - advanced virtual machines configuration.
• Knowledge of ITIL
