Do Twoich zadań będzie należało:
rozwiązywanie problemów technicznych naszych Klientów,
nadzór i pomoc w konfiguracji usług serwerowych Klientów,
kontaktowanie się telefonicznie oraz e-mailowo z Klientami,
udzielanie profesjonalnych i rzeczowych wyjaśnień oraz informowanie Klientów o postępach w rozwiązywaniu ich problemów,
rejestrowanie oraz raportowanie zdarzeń.
Oczekujemy, że:
posiadasz dobrą znajomość HTML, PHP oraz technologii budowania stron WWW,
posiadasz podstawową wiedzę w zakresie administracji serwerami linuksowymi,
posiadasz dobrą znajomość Basha,
