We are looking for an IT Recruiter.
Responsibilities:
- Utilize various sourcing techniques, including online job boards, social media platforms, professional networks, and referrals, to identify and attract qualified candidates.
- Proactively source passive candidates through innovative methods and networking channels.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for current and future hiring needs.
- Conduct initial screenings to assess candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to offer acceptance.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
- Schedule and facilitate interviews, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the process.
- Collect and analyze feedback from interviewers to make informed hiring decisions.
- Evaluate candidate qualifications, experience, and suitability for specific roles.
- Cultivate strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders.
- Provide timely updates and feedback to candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Serve as a brand ambassador, promoting the company's culture, values, and employer brand to prospective candidates.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of proven experience as a recruiter or in a similar talent acquisition role in IT
- Familiarity with recruitment tools and platforms, including applicant tracking systems (ATS) and job boards.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and work in a fast-paced environment.
- High level of professionalism and integrity, with a commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Work experience in a multicultural environment is nice to have.
- English level is upper-intermediate, Polish level - advanced/native.
