kompleksowa i profesjonalna obsługa Klientów salonu sprzedaży
tworzenie zamówień w systemie ERP
skrupulatne prowadzenie dokumentacji związanej z procesem sprzedaży i realizacją zamówień
przyjmowanie płatności zaliczkowych, gotówkowych i bezgotówkowych
obsługa systemów ratalnych
ustalanie transportu towaru
sporządzanie wraz z klientem druku reklamacji
informowanie klientów o przebiegu procesu zamówień
dbanie o dobry wizerunek firmy i miejsce pracy
wystawianie faktur zaliczkowych
kompletowanie dokumentów do zamówień kline a(umowa montażowa, załączniki do zamówień)
profesjonalna reakcja na zażalenia klientów
przyjmowanie zwrotów od klientów (dokumenty)
odpowiedzialność
za środki finansowe
za prawidłowość dokumentów w obszarze działania (prowadzeni ewidencji zwrotów transportu etc
