Zadania:
Wsparcie klienta w zakresie odbierania, rozpoznawania i przekazywania problemów technicznych.
Budowanie i utrzymywanie relacji z międzynarodowymi Klientami.
Wymagania:
Bardzo dobra znajomość języka angielskiego
Bardzo dobra znajomość jednego z języków niemieckiego, francuskiego lub holenderskiego – warunek konieczny
Wykształcenie wyższe
Dobra obsługa komputera - znajomość MS Office
Wysoko rozwinięte zdolności organizacyjne oraz komunikacyjne
Umiejętność pracy w zespole i chęć do nauki
Znajomość drugiego języka będzie dodatkowym atutem.
