The Recruiting Responsible is in charge of achieving staffing objectives by screening, interviewing and assessing candidates based on managerial requests; the recruiting responsible will proactively identify future hiring needs and attract candidates using various sources, like social media networks and employee referrals.
- Executing recruitment plan according with managerial demands (recruitment, selection, and hiring of personnel)
- Sourcing candidates through contacts, trade groups, social media, and existing employees, employment fairs, etc.
- Carrying out full hiring cycle:
- Sourcing,screening,selection

*Although the main responsibilities for this position will be focused on hiring, we would like to welcome an individual who has some experience working with employee training and development or, that is eager to learn and get involved in this field.
Other tasks that may be assigned

- 3 years of experience in mass recruitment, specialized positions, and/or in a position with similar responsibilitiesrequired.
- Recruitmentexperienceforpositionsrelatedtoproductionfactoryispreferred.
- Experience working for a Japanese companypreferred
- Bachelor's degree in administration, business, or arealated field required
- Proficiency in English language required
- Excellent skills using MS Word, Excel, etc.
- Strong skills using and understanding the flow of transactions in payroll accounting systems
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise extreme discretion
- Excellent problem solving / judgment skills, and high level of attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong organizational skills, and the ability to work under pressure
- Ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks and meet all deadlines
- Availability to travel to Japan and/or other countries for OJT (around 3 months, from September to December2017)
- Essential functions to perform the duties of this job: ability to lift files, open filing cabinets and bend, sit for long periods as necessary
