Provide support to clients in travel industry sector (via telephone, e-mail, chat)
Handle all enquiries from Customers via Facebook and Twitter
Respond to queriessent directly by Client
Notify customers ofany changes in their journey
Cooperation with customers with special needs during travel
Work with colleaguesto ensure Clients expectations are meet
Requirements
Excellent written and oral skills in German
Good command of the English language
Excellent customer care and proactive attitude
Confident, flexibleand results oriented approach,
Be positive,enthusiastic and proactive outlook,
Willingness to work on shifts
Working hours: Mon-Sun 9:00-24:00 (additional nightshifts benefit +taxi)
