Proven track record in outsourced top talent acquisition and assessment across multiple markets

Talent acquisition strategy development experience

Experience with applying traditional and social recruiting processes and up-to-date with modern talent acquisition methodology developments

Practical knowledge of employer branding and positioning processes

Vendor relationship management experience

Lead a small team of sourcing professionals and collaborate closely with a wider global network of market-specialized sourcing professionals
