Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET)

Windows Azure. We need your top class coding skills to help us test it at global enterprise scale and to automate functional and non-functional (reliability, tolerence, fault injection) testing.

Azure Infrastructure Europe team if you have:

• Written automated tools to stress, push performance and break it before customers touch it.
• 5 years' experience testing scalable, fault tolerant infrastructure software or distributed systems with knowledge of windows (experience on Unix or Linux platform a plus)
• Written code in the last 60 days – SQL, C++, C#. ASP.net, REST/Web Services, .Net framework
• Strong customer focus, ownership, urgency and drive.
• Agile style in a fast paced environment.
• Sharp analytical abilities and proven design skills / test methods.
• Excellent English written and spoken communication skills
• Ability to work well in a team and with distributed partner teams
• BS degree in Computer Science or related qualification. Graduate degree (MS/PhD) desired.
• Fooseball & xBox skills a plus!
