My client is currently looking to recruit Shopping Spam Quality Analyst to work on a engineering project in Zürich. Start date 10/08/2015. The contract is due to run for 3 months with strong possibility for the extension. The ideal candidates will have a previous experience working as a Quality Operations Analyst in the pharmaceutical industry combined with Interest in online shopping and e-commerce projects.
Shopping Spam Quality Evaluator (m/w)
Your challenges
Perform extensive research and monitor the pharmaceutical regulatory environment
Report to and collaborate with engineering teams to fix the issues and improve processes to drive our clients online shopping and e-commerce platform to success.
Monitor the execution of automated processes powered by engineering tools and ensure manual fallback in case of issues.
Improve the quality of e-commerce service by evaluating shopping search results to identify areas of concern and interest.
Help scope and develop tools to automate and optimize process workflow.
Work closely with program managers and engineering teams to accommodate changes.
Work on ongoing special projects or assignments.
Identify issues or inconsistencies in data and proactively question data quality.
Identify opportunities to implement automation and workflow improvements to efficiently protect users.
Your skills
University degree or being currently enrolled in University is a plus.
Excellent web research and analytical skills are a must.
Relevant experience in the pharmaceutical industry is strongly preferred.
Interest in online shopping and e-commerce is a plus.
Ability to collaborate globally and work cross-functionally with other teams.
Exceptional internet research skills and passion for web technologies.
Fluency in English, and at least basic knowledge of two other languages from this list: French, German, Italian, Japanese, Spanish, Portuguese, Russian, Dutch
