For our Client, a leading consumer goods company, we are currently looking for a Shopper Insights Specialist.
Shopper Insights Specialist will be expected to develop a shopper insights research strategy and make sure that it addresses the core business priorities across Brand, Category, Customer and Channel. The mission of a successful Candidate will be to foster, build and leverage a shopper insights culture encouraging people to improve their Shopper understanding and ultimately use this knowledge to support commercial plans.
Shopper Insight Specialist will provide cost effective research solutions utilising the full range of traditional & non-traditional research techniques. What is more, she/he will integrate all relevant data sources to maximise the value and impact to the company.
A successful Candidate should have at least 3-4 years’ experience gained in relevant roles at companies from FMCG sector, or in market research companies. We expect a university degree in either sociology, psychology, economics, marketing or quantitative methods in research, fluent English, solid research knowledge – both Quant and Dual. The thing which is especially important for our Client is your passion for Shopper Knowledge and ability to turn Shopper Understanding into Action that driver business results. A future Shopper Insights Specialist at Client’s company should be a proactive self starter with ability to defend his opinion or recommendations.
