Our client Company, one the biggest and most successful IT companies in the world with offices in Krakow, Poland is looking for individuals who are fluent in French and would like to pursue their career in IT.
Your responsibilities:
- Provide technical expertise to the help desk team
- Act as technical liaison between help desk and IM support groups
- Provide Problem Management System support activities
- Includes preparation of help desk staff to support new technology, develop and maintain Training Plan
- Audit/Monitor at least Help Desk analyst calls on a weekly basis through Call Recording tools, Live Barging, and Incident logging tool.
- Reactively work with other groups to gather technical information in the case of outages, reduced services, emergencies or other exceptions from the normal process
Technical Requirements:
- Technical helpdesk or technical call center experience is necessary.
- Windows Operating systems: Windows, Active Directory, Exchange
- ITSM ticketing tools
- MS Office Suite, Internet browsers, VPN and remote dial-in users,
- ITIL knowledge of V2 or V3, would be a great asset
Your skills, knowledge and experience:
- Fluent French and English
- Disciplined, systematic problem solving skills and Phone support experience
- Good documentation skills - Good working knowledge of MS OFFICE (Including MS Project and Visio)
- Great customer handling skills, ability to handle unforeseen situations
- Customer focus and teamwork
- Ability to work flexible hours when necessary to cover for other help desk analysts and to be on call via pager during the week
- Ability to integrate as a cross-functional, team player
