You will leverage your direct sourcing and search experience to identify and attract the best talent available. You will need to use your influencing skills and external market knowledge to partner with our business managers to deliver positive recruitment outcomes and experiences for both our candidates and hiring managers alike.

- In depth experience as a specialist recruiter, ideally with in-house recruitment experience
- Ideally works or has worked in an engineering discipline
- Experience of using recruitment systems as well as experience of using the Internet and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience researching, sourcing and networking to develop candidate pools
- Understanding of and ability to fulfill full cycle recruiting
- Resourceful and results driven
- Collaborative-team orientation
- Strong planning and organizational skills
- Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems
- Knowledge of employment law and regulations especially as they pertain to hiring
- Superior verbal and written skills
- Professional telephone presence
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work with confidential information
- Ability to multi-task and prioritise multiple deadlines
