Senior Sourcing Specialist engages in strategic and tactical sourcing by relentlessly pursuing every available outlet (job boards, alumni networks, social media) to find potential candidates to fill current and future needs. The Senior Sourcing Specialist proactively and reactively seeks potential candidates, accurately captures contact information, and sells Aon Hewitt opportunities to encourage prospects to apply.
- identifying candidates to meet the recruitment needs of our clients,
- working directly with Aon recruiters to understand the client and role requirements and identify candidates through relevant advertising and sourcing methods,
- being a key point of contact for both colleagues in Krakow and Aon Hewitt Sourcing Teams in the US,UK & Canada,
- supporting other colleagues by giving advice and guidance and owns or takes responsibility for client processes and tools: proactively sharing their knowledge with colleagues, ensuring procedures and quality standards are met.
- supporting Team Managers with team workload and project management.
- Work in an international or outsourcing company will be an asset.
- Minimum of 2 years work experience in Sourcing environment is required.
- Fluency in English Language – C1 Level is required (CEFR scale or equivalent).
- High school – Matura examination is required.
- Experience of delivering a distinctive and outstanding client experience is required.
- Experience in administration would be an asset (HR, Administration, Consulting, other domain experience).
- Project Management experience an asset.
- Experience of delivering work under pressure is required.
- Experience in using computer applications is required (MS Office is essential, experience in Recruitment tools is an asset).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required.
- High level of self motivation and proactivity is required.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills are required.
- High level of attention to detail is required.
