Location: London
- Front end, database and interface development of a risk management tool
- Understanding the requirements and translating them into a solution
- Code and develop all features/screens of the user interface
- Design and develop various queries, scripts and tables to pull, clean, arrange and persist risk management data
- Develop interfaces between front end, analytical engine, database and various market data sources
- Own delivery and take responsibility of milestones
- Unit testing and deployment
- Be self-motivated and able to work in agile environment
- Able to suggest and provide better innovative solutions
- Able to effectively communicate with stakeholders
Bachelors or Masters degree in Engineering (Computer Science preferable) or any equivalent
- Understanding, experience and knowledge of Java, PL/SQL, database design and OOP based programming
- Knowledge of any other technology (Python, R, VBA/Excel) or OOP based programming language (C++ etc) is an added advantage
- Experienced in development of robust and efficient front ends / user interfaces for high speed applications
- Ability to write clean and modular code with appropriate documentation
- Excellent communication and user manual documentation skills
