Zadania:
Nature of the tasks
- Manage the implementation of informationsystems to meet identified business needs, acquiring and utilising thenecessary resources and skills, within agreed parameters of cost, timescales,and quality.
- Give proposals for project strategies,planning, definition of tasks and deliverables, review of project deliverables,quality control, risk analysis and management, status reports, problemreporting and management systems, follow up and organisation.
- Guide the team in charge of projectactivities and review their deliverables.
- Participate in functional working groupsand progress meetings.
- Estimate costs, timescales and resourcerequirements for the successful completion of each project to agreed terms ofreference.
- Prepare and maintain project and qualityplans and tracks activities against the plan, provide regular and accuratereports.
- Monitor costs, timescales and resourcesused, and take action where these deviate from agreed tolerances. Ensure thatdelivered systems are implemented within these criteria.
- Manage the change control proceduregaining agreement for revisions to the project from project sponsors.
- Provide effective leadership for the projectteam ensuring that team members are motivated and constantly developing theirskills and experience.

Educationand Experience
- Minimum 18 yearsof relevant studies and experience after the secondary school
- Minimum 9 yearsof IT professional experience
- Minimum 2 yearsof experience with a project management methodology (e.g. Prince2)
- Minimum 2 years'experience in RUP or another software development process methodology
- Experience withquality procedures. (e.g. ISO 10006:2003)
Specificexpertise
- Minimum a total of9 years in one or more of the following areas: a project management or softwaredevelopment methodology or tool (e.g. RUP, Prince2, MS-Project) experience withmedical systems, work experience in Health sector, experience in facilities management(COTS implementations)
