For our Client, the international company, we are currently looking for self-driven, highly motivated Candidates for the position of
Senior Procurement Analyst - Financial Controlling
Location: Poznań
Main duties:
- Securing ongoing reporting and category analysis
- Supporting continuous improvement process on reporting process
- Support ongoing changes and improvements in data process jointly with end users and key stakeholders to ensure relevance to business requirements in an easy-to-use/easy-to-understand manner
- Work on improvement of reporting process to minimise manual work and in result achieve dynamic and less time-consuming reports
- A proper understanding of procurement result including variance breakdown. Support Procurement in understanding performance results and closing gaps in data against Group standards, according to internal deadlines
- Generate operational Procurement KPI reports and analyse drivers for off-tracking indicators. Secure early warning and escalation where plans are off track to identify and collaboratively address deviations between “actuals and plan”
- Troubleshoot problems that could adversely influence Procurement performance results and proactively use problem-solving techniques to rectify
- Support core procurement team & key stakeholders with ad hoc analysis as part of projects or operations
Requirements:
- Very good knowledge of English (at least B2 level)
- A higher education (preferably within Supply Chain Management, Procurement and/or Data Science)
- Preferably 2 or 3 years of professional experience in business controlling and/or procurement
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong Excel skills, knowledge of SAP BI would be a strong asset
- A readiness to learn and develop with a positive can-do attitude
- Very good time management and organizational skills
- Sound analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Good understanding of procurement processes, including procurement business controlling
- A willingness to grow and develop within the job role
