Group-wide steering, development, standardization, harmonization and optimization of the Invoice Control process.
Develops common process definition, measurements, methodology and tools to drive end-to-end process improvements across the our client's customers.
Design, implementation and updating of the processes in scope assuring compliance and quality with lower costs and higher productivity.
Tasks:
- Defines the process based on input of Process Owner and Process Managers
- Defines process-specific tools, resources and infrastructure
- Defines roles and qualifications within the process as well as process trainings
- Defines process performance indicators
- Drives process improvement
- Improves processes in collaboration with Process Owner, Process Managers and Employees
- Communicates process changes
- Monitors process performance on an overall level
- Drives a definition and continuous enhancement of a process
- Drives development and implementation best-practice process strategies for all categories in scope in line with agreed saving targets.
- Identifies process risks and defines mitigation measures and controls.
