We are currently searching for a new colleague whose position will be Senior Marketing Analyst.
Summary:
As a Senior Marketing Analyst for Western & Central Europe, you will help us make the right decisions on our marketing activities across the entire customer lifecycle function. You will work closely with our digital teams in Amsterdam and Moscow to measure campaign efficiency and steer budget allocation on leading PPC platforms. You will also collaborate with our Marketing team in Prague to optimize email and in-app campaign targeting and x-sell conversion along all customer touchpoints. We operate the entire performance marketing and campaign automation in-house.
This role is part of the Business Performance team, a cross-functional team that owns everything from revenue operations & strategy and business analytics to data strategy & commercialization and business intelligence. We operate with full discretion on choosing initiatives to execute, always driven by maximizing value for the business and being an integral contributor of the region's growth trajectory.
Job duties:
- Dig deep into vast amounts of data to provide concise recommendations for improving our marketing activities in 11 European markets
- Analyze campaign efficiency and help scale the best ROI activities
- Build testing roadmaps with sound statistical frameworks and project-manage their execution
- Help engage with our customers through the entire lifetime (acquisition, onboarding, referral, upsell, x-sell, winback)
- Be a sparring partner for digital and marketing teams on strategic initiatives and provide support with their business cases
- Own parts of marketing forecasting and budgeting
- Expand our reporting environment in collaboration with our BI developers
Requirements and qualification:
- Outstanding analytical skills and ability to connect the dots
- Strong knowledge in performance marketing
- Excellent MS Excel and solid SQL knowledge and always trying to keep learning
- Experience with CRM tools, especially Salesforce, is an advantage
- Good understanding of statistical concepts in testing
- Good business acumen paired with high attention to detail
- Enjoy maneuvering within a fast paced, ambiguous environment and able to handle multiple competing priorities
- Self-starter who can work with low guidance and is comfortable with taking calculated risks
- Fluent in English and good communicator
- Eligible to work in EU without further immigration process (Visa sponsorship, residency etc.)
