Your knowledge of online media combined with your communication skills and analytical abilities shape how new and existing agencies grow. Using your influencing and relationship-building skills, you anticipate how decisions are made, persistently explore and uncover the business needs of key clients, and understand how our range of product offerings can grow their business.
We help clients grow their business with sales at scale by optimizing account performance and growing their investment. As a Senior Manager, you are responsible for growing and developing agency team leads to effectively manage Agency Account Strategists. You will effectively motivate the team to deliver on business quotas while doing what is right for our agency clients. You will do this by coaching a high-performing team and help them engage with senior stakeholders in managed agencies. You will be responsible for implementing strategic initiatives to further develop new and existing agency business. You will use your problem solving, business and objection handling skills to get the job done in a fast-paced, high-performing environment.
- Deliver business growth, engagement and client satisfaction for a portfolio of agencies in an assigned market.
- Recruit, retain and lead the team of Account Strategists, to ensure improved Year over Year growth, high agency satisfaction and enhanced portfolio health.
- Lead and coach a sales team and help them engage with agency stakeholders.
- Build and actively manage effective long-term agency planning process.
- Define the future of agency management and help to develop the necessary infrastructure and processes.
- Initiate and run strategic initiatives to further develop new and existing agency business.
- Set the vision for agency development and define the necessary infrastructure to support this vision.
- Drive innovation to accelerate business growth.
- Develop a world class team of people managers and agency account strategists.
Minimum Qualifications:
- BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 7 years of experience in sales, operations, and partner management.
- 7 years of people management experience with proven record of success.
- Strong people management skills with extensive experience managing high performing teams as well as leading management teams.
- Experience in building executive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Extensive experience in digital marketing with advertisers and agencies.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in building executive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

- Experience in business leadership with strategic and commercial acumen, proven capability to develop and deliver a business strategy that is dynamic and balances short term delivery with longer term sustainable success.
- Sales leadership experience with an ability to develop successful long-term business opportunities and relationships.
