Senior HR Systems Configuration Specialist

Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, HR or related field preferred (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 3 years of experience supporting Global HR Information System applications
- Very good knowledge of English (B2 or higher)
- Experience in HR Shared Services for a global company
- Experience in leading configuration design sessions
- Strong working knowledge of Workday – is an asset
- Creating and Managing the testing strategy/scenarios
- Advanced project management skills including the ability to drive complex cross-functional technical projects to completion
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills including the ability to communicate technical information to non-technical staff
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to quickly learn new software systems
- Advanced proficiency with MS Excel
- Demonstrated understanding of the concepts of HR service delivery
Responsibilities:
- Configure and Administer Global HR Information Systems as defined in the HR Technology roadmap
- Serve as a liaison with business units and other stakeholders to ensure that they are fully supported by and efficiently using information management systems
- Support requirements gathering sessions to ensure business and system requirements are aligned
- Manage the testing plan through the entire testing cycle prior to changes in systems and/or procedures are implemented
- Handles security, privacy, and authentication issues in conjunction with IT
- Serve as the HR Systems liaison to all end-users; including daily guidance and support, as well as second-level telephone and email employee inquiries.
- Serves as a training resource for coordination of training related to HR technologies and processes.
- Create data reports and metrics within areas assigned in consultation with internal clients and the HR Leadership Team
- Record and track all customer calls in internal Case Management System and ensure resolution
- Manage cases according to established ways of working and interact with third party service providers
- Develop and manage audit reports for your assigned areas. Escalate concerns regarding controls and data integrity to the appropriate HR Center of Excellence
- Run and distribute regularly scheduled reports according to established formats and schedules. Discuss report needs with client to ensure the design/content of the report results in the desired outcome
- Attend and support governance committee meetings on decisions needed for the areas that you support, as needed
