The Engineering & Procurement division is responsible for all engineering, procurement, IS/IT and information management activities in our projects.
The process department is involved in all phases of our projects, whether they are Studies, FEED or Detail Engineering, Fabrication, Testing, Installation or Follow-up.
Our Process engineers designs all process systems which includes making specifications of dimensions for piping, valves and other equipment. From advanced simulations we decide how the systems shall work. We participate in the modification and upgrading of process design on existing oil- and gas plants, but also for newbuilds of modules and platforms for the offshore industry.
To ensure that all projects are executed to the highest standard our team consists of well qualified multidiscipline specialists and engineers. All personnel has the necessary certificates for offshore work. Today the whole PMT department (Process, Mechanical and Technical Safety) consists of approx. 20 engineers, and due to coming new projects and a good and solid market – we wish to increase our staff with 3- 4 senior/specialist engineers.
- Discipline management in projects
- Participate in tender / bid phase for new contracts
- Conceptual development and detail design
- Prepare and participate in safety analysis, and on HAZOP and HAZID’s
- Establish installation procedures and testing of equipment.
- Extensive contact with Client and Suppliers
- Establish design premises in projects and procedures for basic department.
- Ensure that all risk elements, HSE and quality requirements are taken care of
- Actively contribute to learning, experience sharing and improvements
- University or technical college degree (BsC or MsC preferred)
- Long relevant experience (5-10 years) with stress & flexibility projects and good knowledge and with rules and regulations for an offshore platform
- Strong communication and good team skills
- Excellent English skills, written and oral (Norwegian would be an asset)
