Senior Customer Satisfaction Specialist (German )

Requirements:
- Excellent communication (written and oral) in German is a must
- Good knowledge of English
- Highly developed communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive phone presence is essential
- Customer service focused, communicative and open person who will present company in a positive, friendly and polite manner by demonstrating empathy and professionalism in interpersonal contact
- Strong research and information analysis approach required with a high level of attention to detail
- Experience in working in a customer service, customer support or similar department would be an asset
- Open-minded and proactive with a high level of energy and motivation
- Ability to work effectively as an individual and as a part of a team in a global organization
- Bachelor degree
Responsibilities:
- Conduct customer satisfaction surveys via phone and other electronic means (measurement for customer loyalty and satisfaction)
- Become an expert in surveys and customer feedback and a trusted advisor to our customers
- Ensure a good image of the company and maintain relations with customers
- Work closely with other teams and internal departments to achieve customer happiness
- Provide explanations in relation to customer complaints
- Manage internal databases of files to ensure we maintain up-to-date and consistent records
- Work with the CRM system (verification and completing clients data)
- Manage information flow using internal systems and processes in place
- Prepare, analyze and distribute agreed reports and/or on demand
