Sales Representative - Polish Speaking
Location: Węgry
Job description
- Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
- Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs
- Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
- Reach out to customer leads through cold calling
- Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
- Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
- Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
- Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends
- Continuously improve through feedback
Requirements
- Proficient Polish and fluent English language knowledge
- Experience in auto industry and/or energy retail is a plus
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills
- Positive and kind attitude
- Service-oriented thinking and acting
- Ability to work at least 6 hours a day
We offer
Payment: 9 EUR / hour (gross)
We pay monthly through an online payment platform in EUR. We are seeking freelancers for specific projects and campaigns with a contract type of job (it is the freelancers’ duty to pay taxes, social insurance contribution etc.). This is why we are working with hourly wages instead of indicating monthly salaries.
Work Environment Requirements:
- Quiet workplace (tasks are delivered from the comfort of the agent’s home)
- USB Headset (separate microphone and loudspeakers are not good enough to manage calls)
- Computer or Laptop with Windows operating system (Windows 8 or above) and
- Broadband internet connection (mobile internet is not good enough to manage calls)
