In this role, you will leverage a range of sourcing tactics to build and develop a talent pipeline. Specifically, you will manage candidate research, generation, and assessment. The ideal candidate will enjoy building out high-quality talent pipelines and delivering talent market insights to influence our overall talent sourcing strategies.

Our ideal candidate will have full-cycle recruiting experience, from talent sourcing and attracting candidates to interviewing and hiring great employees. In this role, you will leverage a range of sourcing tactics to build and develop a talent pipeline. Specifically, you will manage candidate research, generation, and assessment. The ideal candidate will enjoy building out high-quality talent pipelines and delivering talent market insights back to the recruiting teams to help inform our overall talent sourcing strategies.
Responsibilities
- Drafting recruitment advertisements; posts and/or placing ads in the most effective digital and/or print media for open positions
- Searching for job candidates using various sources such as databases, internet recruiting resources, networking, job fairs, media advertisements, recruiting firms, and employee referrals
- Examining specialized skills and qualifications to screen resumes
- Interviewing job applicants to get information on their work history, motivations, job skills, training and education
- Selecting job applicants, confirming their qualifications and referring them to hiring managers, making recommendations when appropriate
- Contacting applicants to inform them of their application status and conduct background or reference checks on job applicants, particularly those who will be given job offers
- Minimum 2 years of recruiting experience
- Proven work experience as a Recruiter - with at least some experience recruiting for Sales positions
- Hands-on experience with various interview formats (e.g. phone, Google Meets, face-to-face)
- An ability to “sell” the company (our purpose/values/mission etc.) in a positive way
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills - in Polish and English
- Comfortable making decisions independently
- Keeps up-to-date with new technological trends in order to form strategic conversations on future hiring needs
- Strong negotiation skills when discussing terms of employment
