Job Purpose
Our Sales Performance Managers are critical to the success of our counter sales initiative here at Avis Poland because they are not only responsible for identifying sales opportunities and revenue growth strategies at our retail counters, but they must also be effective trainers and coaches that are capable of implementing our counter sales goals. This exciting sales position partners with local and area leadership to deliver strategies focused on revenue growth in support of business objectives in their assigned locations.

Responsibilities and candidate profile:
- Coordinate communication related to counter sales initiatives, products and processes. Must be able to communicate effectively with individuals up, down and across the organization and ensure that information is shared accurately and as appropriate.
- Demonstrates an ability to organize and express ideas and inform clearly, accurately and effectively through verbal and written means
- Lead and participate in various meetings and conference calls with a wide range of participants.
- Must have excellent administrative and organizational skills utilizing MS Office Suite of products including Outlook, Word, Excel and Power Point.
- Develop and maintain training materials related to sales initiatives including presentations, job aids, participant handouts, virtual class materials, and other resources.
- Effectively and efficiently coach others on specific sales techniques
- Able to build trust and rapport with others to deliver results and interact positively and professionally with all levels internally and externally
Qualifications
- Degree or equivalent
- Bi-lingual: Native language and fluent in the English language
- Driving license
Experience/Requirements
- 3 years of progressive experience in sales and/ or sales development
- Plus 1 year of managerial experience
- 1 year or more working in a fast passed and changing environment
Special Circumstances
- Ability to travel 60-70%
