We are searching for a driven Sales Manager to join our dynamic team. The Sales Manager should have a clear understanding of the components of the products and the ability to demonstrate how they work. Your responsibilities will include the team performance in identifying and establishing the needs of the customers, recommending, and explaining products. To be a successful Sales Manager, you should be able to develop an excellent relationship with the team, create business relationship with existing customers and source new clients. A Sales Manager should be knowledgeable about competing products and should have the ability to break down technical terminology to non-technical clients.
- Managing business development team
- Ensuring that sales targets are consistently met
- Conducting market analysis, target and engagement identification
- Generating leads, preparing offers, negotiating contracts, closing deals and following up on the client’s requests
- Identifying the technical and business needs of the customers and suggesting appropriate solutions
- Explaining complex technical information to customers in a way that is easily understandable
- At least 3 years of experience as a Sales Manager in B2B segment
- Familiarity with logistics, eCommerce is a huge plus
- Technical knowledge and a comprehensive understanding of how the company products work
- Exceptional skills in selling products and closing deals
- Knowledge of sales promotion techniques
- The ability to identify and follow up on leads
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Full professional proficiency in English, allowing to cooperate with international business customers and partners
- Willingness to travel ( up to 50% working time)
- Driving license
