Hamilton May, a leading high-end real estate company, is seeking a high calibre Sales Manager for their exclusive Krakow Sales office
The key role of the sales manager is to lead a team of established real estate brokers and to deliver results across arange of financial and service-related performance measurements
Key Responsibilities
- Leading and motivating a teamof approx 10 real estate brokers and support staff.
- Delivery on key performanceindicators including commission results, reputation management and client acquisition.
- Financial management of cashflow, profit and loss account and credit control.
- Overseeing marketing budget,campaigns and brand management in co-ordination with marketing specialist.
- Day to day operational management to maintain quality and standards across all activity of the salesand marketing team.
- Supporting sales staff to assist in closure of high value and technically challenging transactions.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have the following attributes:
- Fluency in spoken and written English
- Strong knowledge of the localreal estate market
- Must be a self starter, highly motivated, and passionate about getting results
- A dynamic, assertive, high-level performer with excellent interpersonal and people management skills.
- Ability to lead and motivate a dynamic sales team to achieve maximum performance and go above and beyond their daily tasks.
- Ability to negotiate and close high value sales and rental contracts with corporate and high net worth private clients.
- Highly organized to meet the challenges of a growing and energetic managerial position.
- Passion to move to the business forward and grow market share.
