Our client - globally-recognized custom hydraulic reservoir manufacturer. Custom solutions for heavy-duty industry reservoir tank needs. Now is opening for: BD Manager
Main responsibilities:
- represent the company in Europe and Poland
- Manages current customer accounts and relationships
- Implementation of sales targets (by given criteria: sales turnover, gross margin),
- Market analysis and monitoring of competitors' actions in order to suggest improvements and changes in the products, services, companies,
- Acquisition of new Customers and markets,
- Visits results’, reporting on a weekly and monthly basis in accordance with established company’s standards to the management board,
- Sales results (G&O) reporting on a weekly and monthly basis in accordance with established company’s standards to the management board,
- Generates engineering requests and review impact on cost, additionally, all applicable departments,
- Completes and maintains all required paperwork, records, documents, etc.,
Qualifications:
- University Degree, (economy, marketing),
- Knowledge of English, (reading, writing, conversation)
- 3-5 years of experience in sales,
- Knowledge of engineering, produciton, quality
- Flexibility, compromise, availability on innovation,
- High communication skills,
- MS Office, E-mail, Internet search
