Sales Executive
Location: Litwa, Vilnius
Job description
As an inside sales executive you'll be in charge of the most important part of the sales process. You will constantly meet with prospects to listen and discover their needs. Every single demo of your solution will need to be tailored to the prospects needs in order to trigger actionable next steps.
Finally, you will need to excel at organizing your sales pipeline to constantly meet and exceed your quotas.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:
- Work closely with your Sales Development Representatives colleagues to generate a predictable sales pipeline
- Work closely with the founders and execute a lean go to market strategy
- Constantly learn about your market so you could and become an expert in your space
- Follow the sales process and update the CRM with tasks and opportunities
- Close deaaaaals and hit your quota to earn your UNCAPPED commissions
Requirements

- You have experience in B2B sales with a proven track record of smashing your quotas
- You speak fluent Polish and English language skills
TIME REQUIRED: Full time with flexible hours. 100% remote work compatible.
LOCATION: At least first three months - from Vilnius office.

We offer
- Competitive remuneration: base salary (around 1500 eur. Net + uncapped commission + monthly and quarterly bonuses
