Sales and Services Specialist with Swedish/ Danish/ Norwegian

Requirements:
- Language skills - fluent English and one of the following Nordics region languages on the advanced level: Danish, Swedish or Norwegian (advanced)
- Experience in Sales Back Office / Customer Service, preferably in the SSC environment would be an asset
- Experience in operating across CRM and ERP platforms (nice to have)
- Eagerness to develop technical / product knowledge over an intense on-boarding process.

Responsibilities:
Role purpose:
Provide best-in-class back office support to the Sales and Services departments across EMEA region.
Main responsibilities:
- Order handling: accurate processing of customer orders input for products, spare parts and accessories
- Data control and process documentation: administration of multiple systems and databases used across the customer service process. Taking care of product and customer data integrity. Archiving all relevant documentation electronically in line with policies and guidelines
- Customer service: e-mail and phone support provision to customers both B2B as well as private users. Liaising with the customer regarding pricing, delivery and other order related queries
- Commissioning and service support: cooperation with service technicians and external suppliers to properly document service or installation process enabling prompt invoicing
- Invoicing: processing customer invoices together with the Finace & Accounting organization. Responding to invoicing queries and issues
- Reporting: support standard process reporting requirements both internally as well as for the wider Sales & Services function purposes
- Continuous improvement and process culture: supporting standardization and process improvement initiatives to enable complete process documentation and performance enhancement
