The Resource Planner will play a critical role in ensuring Group Systems operates as efficient and effectively as possible. You will be responsible for assisting the Resource Manager with the planning and allocation of technical resources across multiple projects, managing the relevant Management Information (MI) & Data Analysis (Capacity & Capability Planning), together with providing general administrative tasks.

Assisting Resource Manager in scheduling and allocating IT workforce, maximising productivity and balancing workforce availability in line with the demand forecast

Optimising resource plan to adjust for exceptional short term capacity changes

Ensuring Resource Management data is accurate and visible to Management Team

Assisting Resource Manager with analysing MI

Administration of Resource Management function including, managing the time booking process, coordinating recruitment activities, scheduling meeting room bookings, documentation management

Supporting Resource Manager with other Resource Management activities
-
Administrating the appraisal process

Are fluent in English (C1 or above)

Have strong MS Office skills, especially Excel

Have experience within an administrative role

Have experience with Resource Planning Software (considered an asset)

Have Project Office experience (considered an asset)
