We are currently searching for one of our andel’s Hotels in Poland a
Your tasks:
- Responsibility over the day to day hotel operation, ensuring guest satisfaction and exceeding guest expectations
- Conduction quality controls in all hotels outlets (F&B, Rooms Division as well as back office) and optimizing the hotel standards, procedures and cost structures
- Hiring of employees, overseeing and conducting training as well as staff development together with the Head of Departments
- Preparation of the yearly budgets and sales and marketing plans
- Close cooperation with the Cluster Sales and Reservation Department
- Conducting sales calls, participating in national and international fairs and attending to top key accounts of the hotel
- Close cooperation with the General Manager
- Several years of experience as an Operation manager or Director of Sales & Marketing in an international hotel chain
- Very strong background in operations (eg: Rooms Division, F&B, C&B) as well as sales
- Good knowledge of the local hotel market
- Managerial skills to lead and foster our hotel team
- IT affinity
- Excellent English and Polish knowledge
