A Renewals Coordinator plays a vital role in undertaking renewals checks on vetting checks in line with agreed targets and client requirements. You will support our UK based team to ensure all contractors supplied to our end Clients are compliant at all times. A large proportion of your time will be phone and email work to enable fast and accurate results.
- Following and maintaining process and vetting procedures in line with client requirements
- Maintaining a sensitive approach to personal data of applicants in line with Data Protection requirements
- Demonstrating strong and effective English verbal and written communication skills
- Working to own initiative and portraying first class problem-solving skills using proactive thinking and promoting out of the box solutions to our clients
- Proactively communicating with management to inform of file status and advising where issues arise
- Tracking and managing the renewal checks of Insurances, Sanctions, Financial Probity, Basic Disclosure and Companies House Checks
- Highlighting checks that have not passed to UK contact in a timely manner
- Highlighting contractors or umbrella companies who do not provide insurances policies or carrying out VOLT checks in a timely manner
- Providing a high level service of customer service, supporting contractors with any queries they may have
- Working independently and providing a detailed hand over to a supporting team and when you are out of the office
- Supporting the Quality Assurance Team and other teams within Business Support Services if necessary

- Hold a university degree
- Are fluent in English, with excellent written and verbal communication
