The Engineering Design Center (EDC) is one of GE Infrastructure global engineering sites, created in 2000 based on an Engineering Alliance Agreement between GE Aircraft Engines and Warsaw Institute of Aviation. EDC consists of two companies: GE Company Polska Ltd. and Warsaw Institute of Aviation. Opis stanowiska
- develop and maintain Reliability Block Diagrams for gas turbine package systems- interface with the Reliability Leader, Engineers and Suppliers to resolve reliability related issues- support design reviews relating to reliability analysis- assist in the categorization of field data and in determining trends- provide accurate and detailed reports and presentations of resultsWymagania
- BS Mechanical, Electrical or Control Engineering or equivalent- minimum of 2 years experience in Reliability Block Diagram modeling- Desired:- experience developing models with BlockSim software- broad experience in Design for Reliability- familiarity with fleet reliability analysis (Weibull analysis)- familiarity with gas turbine system design and operations or equivalent- experience in statistics and Monte Carlo simulation- candidate must be thorough, accurate, with good communication skills and able to work with minimal supervisionOferujemy
