Our Vilnius office is responsible for both research and revenue generation in Central and Eastern Europe, servicing our clients who are major business schools, governmental bodies, multinational corporations, banks, consulting firms and advertising agencies.

Opis stanowiska

Euromonitor International - Eastern Europe is now expanding its fast growing Business Development Team in Vilnius and look for enthusiastic self-starters who would target such Central European markets as Poland, Czech Republic and Slovakia.

 

Key Responsibilities

To identify new prospects, develop new business opportunities and up-sell to a selected group of existing and new clients in Central Europe.

 

We practice consultative selling techniques which require both in-depth understanding of our complex, high-priced products and an ability to gain a clear understanding of what an individual client's needs are.

Wymagania

General Requirements

  • At least 3 years' successful sales experience, including experience in telemarketing and preferably within the research or consulting industries
  • Fluency in English and at least one other Central European language is required
  • Commercial awareness and good knowledge of business in Eastern Europe
  • A tenacious pro-active, target-driven approach to sales and the will to win business
  • An understanding of the needs of potential clients and of purchasing dynamics

 

Required skills

  • Strong presentation, sales, negotiation and influencing skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good telephone manners
  • Good business research knowledge
  • Confidence in dealing with senior decision-makers
  • Good team worker

 

Please note that relocation to Vilnius, Lithuania for at least two years is required.
