- Sourcing Candidates
- Candidate pre-qualification (application screening, phone screening)
- Delivering suitable Candidates in response to the assigned requistions
- Buliding strong positive relations with candidates as well as internal clients
- Promoting Capgemini brand
- Effective cooperation with Capgemini teams worldwide
- Candidate application management
Candidate's profile:
- Very good command of one of the following languages: German, Swedish, Czech, Danish, Dutch, Finnish, French, Hungarian, Italian, Norwegian, Portuguese, Romanian
- Very good command of English
- Minimum 1 year of experience in the recruitment field
