- Understanding recruiting demands and specific skills profiles in Delivery Center
- Screening applications and candidates' selection
- Conducting interviews, sharing feedbacks about candidates and tracking their profiles in recruitment system
- Participating in recruiting events and sourcing activities
- Ensuring all paperwork is received and completed according to policies and operational metrics
- Acting as single point of contact for designated candidates for all recruiting related questions and concerns
- Acting as single point of contact for hiring managers, responsibility for regular updates and communication about projects
- Utilizing recruiting database(s) and tools, regular reporting,
- Providing external marketplace information to Recruiting Leadership
- Establishing and maintaining relationships with stakeholder group
- Project managment on staffing new projects, reporting and communication coordination
- 3-5 years of proven experience in similar role
- University degree, preferably in Human Resources
- Preferred understanding of: recruiting/sourcing processes and procedures including pipeline management, recruiting tools, sourcing channels
- Solid interviewing experience and skills
- High flexibility and positive approach to challenges
- Strong communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
- Focus on quality and high "customer service" skills
- Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills
- Analytical skills and data analysis experience, very good Excel and PP skills
- Knowledge of Taleo will be a strong asset
- Experience with a range of Clients and technology solutions which provides professional relevance
