We are currently looking for a Recruitment Specialist in order to be able to support organization growth in Poland:

Conducting end to end recruitment processes (creating and posting job advertisements, screening and selection, conducting interviews via phone, face to face and Assessment Centre)

Maintaining candidates’ database and carrying out various administration tasks

Collaborating with internal (Operations Teams, other departments etc.) and external (Recruitment agencies, Career Services, Universities etc.) partners

Preparing reports and analyses

Participating in ad hoc HR projects

Participating in Employer Branding activities e.g. Job Fairs, Campus events etc.

At least 1-3 years of recruitment experience within a multinational environment

Good knowledge in the field of Recruitment, Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding

Excellent command of English

PC skills, including proficiency in MS Office and e-recruitment tools (Talent Link, Taleo)

Very good interpersonal and communication skills

Flexibility and ability to work independently
