Position purpose
The Recruitment Specialist will be responsible for timely and accurate coordination of the end-to-end recruitment processes in internal recruitment department according to the project deadlines and to the expected quality. The person will also interact with Candidates and the Client on a daily basis via phone, email and face-to-face, as well as work on resolving recruitment related requests and cooperate with other delivery team members. Another key element will be ensuring that all the necessary process documentation is complete and up to date.
Main accountabilities
- Liaise with managers to identify staffing needs and candidate’s profile
- Maintain and develop relationship with internal clients
- Choose adequate recruitment method for the vacancy
- Proactively source candidates
- Coordinate job postings
- Carry out recruitment interviews with candidates
- Recommend candidates for specified positions according to business requirements
- Prepare and present job offers
- Cooperate with external recruitment agencies
- Support internal recruitment process
- Database maintenance in a timely and accurate manner
- Meet defined SLAs
Candidate’s profile
- At least 2 years of experience as a recruiter
- Educational background in Human Resource Management, Psychology or related preferred
- Fluent English communication skills (oral & written)
- Very good knowledge of Italian (oral & written)
- Customer focus and excellent communication skills
- Very good organizational skills, attention to details
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
- “Can-do” attitude and proactive approach
- Knowledge of MS Office suite, especially Excel and Outlook
