Position purpose
- You will be responsible for attracting and acquiring the best talent for Capgemini business units in Germany and promoting Capgemini brand on the German market.
Job Description:
- Sourcing Candidates within IT area on German market
- Candidate pre-qualification (application screening, phone screening)
- Delivering suitable Candidates in response to the assigned requistions
- Buliding strong positive relations with candidates as well as internal clients
- Promoting Capgemini brand on the German market
- Effective cooperation with Capgemini teams worldwide
- Candidate application management
