Recruitment and HR Development Specialist

Recruitment and HR Development Specialist is responsible for delivering all facets of recruiting success. Is responsible for efficient end-to-end hiring process for selected positions in the organization, provision of improvement ideas towards the hiring process, supporting of development of local talent management programs, development and delivery of local employer branding activities.
Responsibilities:
- Conducting end-to-end recruitment processes within the Center for selected positions
- Clarification of hiring profiles, update of Job Descriptions
- Posting job adverts internally and externally
- Supporting leaders with recruitment relates issues
- Providing hiring recommendations
- Promoting LGBS as employer on the market (advertising, job fairs)
- Cooperation with universities in order to promote LGBS Responsibility for social media
- Supporting leaders with recruitment relates issues
- Monitoring of local SSC BPO job market
- Providing administrative support for Assessment/Development Center sessions
- Providing administrative support for onboarding activities
- Supporting selected HR projects in the area of Employer Branding/Talent Management/Interviewing Skills training
- Liaising with internal customers and external service providers
- Preparing statistics, regular and ad hoc reports
- And other tasks defined by supervisor
Your profile
Technical Competences
- University diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a similar position (recruiting/employer branding or talent management area)
- Experience in an international environment will be an asset
- Practical knowledge of SSC BPO environment will be an asset
- Good command of MS Office
- Very Good command of English, both written and spoken
- Command of German will be an asset
