- Independent leading of comprehensive recruitment projects for the various levels of the organization as a member of the internal recruitment team,
- continues development of employer branding initiatives,
- identification of new recruitment sources, networking and direct searching – all things, that need to be done to catch golden fishes from the job market,
- onboarding processes for new employees,
- support to development processes including internal program for future managers,
- leading internal trainings.
- Fluency in English,
- minimum 1 year experience in comprehensive recruitment projects leading,
- knowledge of the newest methods of talent acquisition,
- very good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point),
- well-organized, creative, independent and self-driven person,
- high analytical and interpersonal skills,
- effective multitasking and defining priorities,
- positive and “can do” attitude,
- ability to build positive relations with the candidates as well as employees.
- Additional advantages would be:
- SSC/BPO or IT recruitment professional background,
- experience in creating employer branding strategy,
- experience in development processes,
- German language.
