Your role
Are you an analytic thinker? Do you know how to develop innovative solutions? We’re looking for someone like that who can:
- Advise on potential analytical approaches to business needs, including associated costs and trade-offs, and recommendations
- Model and analyze scenarios, providing recommendations to support decision making by aligned business partners
- Gather and provide requirements for their aligned area to the Reporting Development team to support the design of global data definitions, source, metrics, frameworks and methodologies
- Deliver complex ad-hoc reports / queries, work with or reassign to the Reporting and Development teams as required
- Design, coordinate, and implement analytical business and technology solutions to support innovation initiatives
You will work with your internal senior clients to discuss, translate and validate ideas, concepts and hypotheses into reporting and analytics concepts. Some of the projects you will work on are:
- A review of marketing and attraction spend RoI of our target universities globally to shape UBS's core university strategy
- Analyze the correlation between the tools utilized in the selection process and GTPs performance in UBS to optimize the campus selection process
- A framework for a Graduate Experience dashboard to monitor the impact of the UBS Graduate Talent Program
Your team
You’ll be working in the HR Reporting and Analytics team in Krakow. As the Recruitment Analytics Consultant you will work within Center-of-Expertise to deliver GTP analytics to key business partners aiming to provide insight, data interpretation and recommendations.
The team you will support is the Graduate Talent Program (GTP) CoE. It contains HR professionals who possess highly specialized knowledge and are responsible for the design of graduate and Intern acquisition, development and diversity strategies. They are responsible for bringing innovation and continuous improvement to the graduate delivery teams and business. They have responsibility for determining the suite of campus initiatives required across the business, ensuring business requirements are met with solutions which reflect deep subject matter expertise and the latest in industry thinking.
Your experience and skills
You have:
- a university degree in an analytical field like engineering, mathematics, accounting, finance or information technology
- prior experience in reporting, data analysis and/or business analysis
- experience with SAP Business Objects
- ideally previous background in recruitment or a good understanding of recruitment tools, metrics and processes
You are:
- an adept project manager, with the ability to manage multiple, concurrent projects (juggling comes naturally to you)
- keen to partner with project leads to deliver results in a challenging environment
- a strong communicator in English (written and spoken)
- a strong analyst, with the ability to interpret data and make recommendations
